Continue to the next screen shown in the tutorial.

the End User Licence Agreement by clicking the Accept button.

above will have an "Uninstall" option in your add/remove programs Icon in the Control

Configuration Guide
- After Starting Outlook you will find a new Menu option
under the Tools Menu for TaskWorks as in the picture below.
- The add-in will synchronise your Outlook data at preset
intervals with the TaskWorks website. This automated update only happens when Outlook
is run in "Online Mode". If you operate Outlook in "Offline Mode" then you will
need to force the Add-in to do a "Manual Sync" by using the menu option shown in
the screen below. No synchronisation is possible until you complete the "Settings"
options from the TaskWorks menu.

- After you click the "Settings" menu in the screen above
you will get the main Add-in configuration screen like that shown below.

- Image item 1 The add-in version and build number. Compare
this to the version and build number on the Add-in download page (Link from menu
on the right of the page) to see if you have the latest version.
- Image item 2 By default the Outlook add-in stores TaskWorks
To-Do items (And Project Task Start and End Dates) that are assigned to you as "All-Day
Events" in your Outlook default calendar. If however you would prefer to have the
To-Do items stored as Task items in your Outlook default Tasks folder then check
this box. Note: Changing this value removes all existing Taskworks items in your
Outlook data and re-enters them the next time a synchronisation is made with the
server.
- Image item 3 Enter your TaskWorks login ID and password
here. The add-in will use this to connect to TaskWorks to synchronise your data
at preset intervals. (See item 4 below)
- Image item 4 When Outlook is in online mode then the add-in
will synchronise your TaskWorks data at preset intervals according to the value
you choose from this drop down list. If you are operating in Offline mode then no
automatic synchronisation takes place and you have to force a "Manual synchronisation"
using the TaskWorks menu option. You might use offline mode when connecting via
a mobile phone and as such will not want unnecessary traffic generated by the add-in.
- Image item 5 To reduce warnings from the add-in about
errors deselect this option. We recommend that you leave the option selected.
- Image item 6 Here is where you can see when the last time
your TaskWorks data was synchronised. If an error was encountered then information
about what caused the error is shown here.
- Image item 7 Click this button to purge the Outlook information
store (PST/OST file) of any TaskWorks related items.
- Image item 8 Click the Save button to save your settings.
