Do I have to use Outlook to be able to use TaskWorks?
No. The Outlook add-in is simple an added bonus piece of material for our users to make use of.

Can I use the Add-in even if I only have a Trial subscription to TaskWorks?
Yes. Absolutely

Can I use the Add-in with any other versions of Outlook than version 2007?
No. Unfortunately the only version that the Add-in works with is Outlook 2007.

How do I contact Support about TaskWorks or the Outlook Add-in?
Use the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page. You will also find an email address on the opening page of the Project Desktop after you login to TaskWorks to use to contact Support.

How much does the add-in cost?
Nothing, the Outlook Add-in for TaskWorks is distributed as Freeware. It is NOT however Public Domain software. See the licence agreement for more information.

Can external users make use of the Outlook Add-in?
They can install it however there would not be much point since external users do not see Project management data so this data will not appear in their Calendar in Outlook. External users only have access to the community section of projects you allow them access to for their participation in discussion surrounding the project delivery.
