Tour Part 3 - Create Projects and Tasks

Projects and their associated Tasks are the heart of any Project Management system. TaskWorks has an easy to use interface for the creation of projects and Tasks of any complexity and more importantly, any industry. The interface is designed to allow you to create a project in seconds but provide enough depth of functionality to deal with the more difficult projects as and when you need this extra control. In this part of the tour you will also get to see how you can optionally budget for personnel expenses on a per project basis and recharge expenses back to the client.

• Entering a forecast of hours of effort, an estimated Task start and end date
