Tour Part 2 - Messaging, Files, To-Do lists & RSS

Part 2 of our guided tour covers the powerful project collaboration functions in TaskWorks. Project personnel from different georgraphical locations can improve cooperation and communication on projects by exploiting the functionality of the collaborative tools in TaskWorks.

These tools are what we call the Community section in the system and you can even allocate your clients logins to allow them access to this part of the system giving them a unique transparency to your delivery of the project without being able to view the more commercially confidential information. Client logins are free on TaskWorks so you don't pay any fees to us to allow your clients access.

Items in this part of the tour include:

• Community Section
• Creating To-Do items, assignment to people and dates/milestones
• File upload areas for sharing project material, documents, video, software etc
• Project messaging forums for improved participant communication
• Using RSS to stay in touch with your project communities
